As a twilight registered veterinary nurse, you'll play a vital role in a busy emergency and inpatient care environment, supported by an experienced and friendly clinical team. This is a twilight role working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8pm until 2am, plus one bank holiday a year.


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide variety of cases, develop your ECC skills, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their owners when they need it most.


You will be working alongside a passionate and dedicated night team that consists of a veterinary surgeon and registered veterinary nurse.

Role Accountabilities

In this role you will:

Support the night nurse with inpatient care, ward management and facilitating the transition between day and night shifts. Assist with emergency procedures. Helping manage overnight calls and triaging of patients. Support the night veterinary surgeon with out of hour consultations. Communicate effectively with both the veterinary team and clients.
