Desirable Requirments:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to study towards)
Experience in a similar role is preferred i.e. roles where you work directly with vulnerable, young adults or children who may have suffered trauma
You like being Active, enjoy doing/playing sports such as swimming, cycling, walking
Like the Outdoors and doing outdoor pursuits
Has Experience with younger children i.e. 6 to 13 year olds
You possess a can-do attitude
Can relate to children on all levels
Understand this is a 365 days a year job, working various shift patterns

7 to 13 - attachment turma (not your typical EBD), who present as 3 to 8 years old
About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Night Support Workers to join the team in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs during waking nights.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to young people during waking nights, offering assistance with any issues or concerns that may arise.
Complete tasks around the home during quieter periods, such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry.
Build rapport and trust with young people, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
