Teaming up with residents, families, and brilliant colleagues to deliver nursing care that's as personal as it is professional.
Creating a warm, safe and friendly environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and right at home.
Taking the lead when neededconfidently guiding the team if the Home Manager or Clinical Lead isn't on shift.
Building care plans that celebrate each resident's individuality while supporting their independence and wellbeing.
Administering and managing meds like a pro, in line with NMC standards.
Keeping things organised and audit-readyyou're someone who knows the power of great documentation.
Weekend shifts? No problem. You know great care happens 7 days a week.
