Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals in their homes or care homes. The role involves assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Help in the administration of medication
- Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to create a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a care home or home care setting
- Excellent English language skills for clear communication
- Valid driving licence to travel between client locations
- Ability to create and implement care plans effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
