Job Description

Night Shift Delivery Driver

Full-Time | 38- 40 hours per week | Wednesday - Sunday | 14 per hour

At Company Bakery, we are renowned for our exceptional sourdough and pastries, crafted using traditional techniques and sustainable ingredients. We're dedicated to delivering these freshly baked goods throughout Glasgow and Edinburgh every day. As we expand, we are looking for a self-motivated Night Shift Delivery Driver to join our growing operations team.

We're expanding our driving and early morning team to support Company Bakery's continued growth, and we'd love for you to be part of it. We currently deliver across Edinburgh, Glasgow, and the Lothians seven days a week -- but we're just getting started. Big things are ahead!

Since our founding in 2017, we have grown significantly, now with a team of over 50 employees serving hundreds of customers weekly. But we're not stopping there--we have ambitious plans for the future, with a strong focus on sustainability and employee wellbeing.

We've taken meaningful steps towards our sustainability goals, including operating an electric fleet of vans and partnering with ZeroWaste Scotland to further reduce our environmental impact. In addition to our environmental efforts, we're proud to introduce a new wellbeing package for our team. This includes opportunities for career development, private healthcare (coming soon), great staff parties and dinners, and a special celebration package for your birthday, complete with a cake and an extra day off.

At our core, we're a group of honest people committed to making a positive difference--all while baking exceptional bread and pastries.
