Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Select Uniforms Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in the production process, ensuring that our uniforms meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This position is essential in helping us deliver exceptional products that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various machines used in the production of uniforms. Assemble components accurately according to specifications. Utilize CAD software for design modifications as needed. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Handle materials efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with logic controllers and SolidWorks is a plus. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to work with tooling and perform welding tasks as required. Experience with milling machines is advantageous.

Hours

This role fits into our nighttime production which is Sunday - Wednesday (4 x 10 hours shifts 10pm-8am), alternatively this can be Sunday - Thursday (5 x 8 hour shifts 10pm-6am)
