About the Role

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our industry-leading Sheet Steel Division as a

Night Shift Flatbed Laser Operator

. You will be working with Bystronic Bystar Fibre Flatbed Lasers to produce precision components for our high-quality towbar products.

Full and extensive training

will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, set, and adjust flatbed fibre laser machines Read and interpret engineering and product design drawings Maintain high production standards and attention to detail Work proactively and communicate effectively with the team Maintain flexibility with shift times and occasional overtime

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Experience operating flatbed fibre laser machines Ability to read and work from engineering drawings A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Good organisational and communication skills A proactive and flexible approach to work

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate:

14.40 per hour

4-weekly pay

30-minute paid lunch break

(worth an additional 144 every 4 weeks)

Two 15-minute unpaid breaks

Full uniform provided

(replaced every 12 months after a 6-month probation)

30 days of paid annual leave

(inclusive of bank holidays)

Modern canteen facilities

: free tea and coffee, kettles, toasters, microwaves, toastie makers

Working Hours

Night Shift:

Sunday to Thursday, 21:00 - 06:00

Induction/Training:

4 weeks on day shift (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00)
