Night Shift Leader Carer
Job Description
You will work along with other staff to ensure a high level of care is consistently being provided for our service users.
You will provide hands on care and follow individuals care plans while being responsible for the smooth running of the shift, giving of medication, answering call bells and guiding the care team.
The post is 2 - 3 12 hours shifts per week, 8pm to 8am various days, you will work your fare share of weekends and bank holidays including Christmas.
You should have level 3 in health & social care or level 2 with a commitment to complete level 3 and other relevant qualifications. You should have experience of working with the elderly and have excellent spoken and written English.
