Lord Hardy Court provides care to 60 older people, with a range of individual needs, and Mental Health problems including Dementia. The home also provides Step-Up Step-Down Beds and learning disability beds.
Applicants ideally need experience in a social care setting. And have Level 4 or above Qualification e.j Diplomas of HE and FE foundation degrees and HNDs plus Experience in relevant areas of work over a period of years.

Until 31st March 2026 employees paid at Band D and above are subject to a temporary pay reduction of 1.15% spread out by means of a monthly deduction from each pay period over the full financial year.
