Production OperativesThe Role:
As a Line Leader you'll be responsible for ensuring your area is operating efficiently and effectively.
Your duties will include:
You are responsible for the Health and Safety of yourself and others
Ensure all quality procedures and policies are adhered to at all times during operations of your area
Ensure your area is operating at its most efficient as per SOP's and as to customer specification
Ensure environmental policies are adhered to in your area
Ensure hygiene standards are met on your line
Communicate effectively with Operatives and Team Leaders
Develop productive working relationships
Train and coach the operatives in your area
Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work on your area
Diagnose and rectify operating problems on your area
Reporting equipment faults to your Team Leader
Ensure accurate reporting and recording of information for your area
Ensure all operatives comply with PPE regulations
General standards across the factory - highlight issues where necessary.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.75 per hour
