Your Experience

We are seeking a committed and positive individual, ideally with previous experience working within a production environment and knowledge of production processes. Experience within FMCG/food manufacturing is desirable.

Job Summary:

As the Night Shift Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations during the night shift. Your primary goal will be to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will lead a dedicated team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.

Manage and coordinate night shift production activities to meet production schedules. Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management. Address any production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours: 4.45pm to 3.45am (Winter schedule) and 1 pm to 12am (Summer schedule)

10 hours shift / 4 days per week (40 hours)

22.5 days holiday, increase to 26.5 after 1 years service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
