Night Shift Staff Nurse
Job Description
```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
