HMSHost UK, part of the Avolta group is hiring a Night Shift Team Member at Stansted Airport. 12.70 per hour.

What is the role?

Night Shift Team Member. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good. Ensuring each guest who comes through the door receives a big warm welcome and excellent service. You will leave & breathe LEON & HMSHost core values and deliver this in your shifts whilst adhering to excellent cleanliness and store standards. You will follow brand guidelines to ensure compliance. Serving guests on the till, making great coffee or preparing orders are just a few of the duties of this role.

Due to airport flight schedules, our shift times vary. Our morning shifts can start as early as 3am and our late shifts can finish up to 11pm so you must ensure you are flexible to work one of these shift patterns.

Main duties will include:

Deliver excellent customer service across various stores and restaurants. Assist with food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Adapt to different environments and tasks as required to support the team. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Work effectively as part of a team to create a welcoming experience for all passengers.

The ideal candidate will have:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Adaptability to work across different stores and restaurants. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
