As Warehouse Dispatch Supervisor you will:

Alongside the Warehouse Manager - lead the dispatch team to follow company policies, standards and practices. Take responsibility for the Goods In, Picking, Packing & dispatch process's within the warehouse (includes site security). Be a positive role model to the team and represent our values of -

Manage the workload and support your team, whilst being hands on, ensuring you work together to achieve the right resources in the right place at the right time to deliver the best customer experience. Support the Warehouse Manager to maximise performance which includes understanding and implementing the plans and priorities. Complete and record "Sales Order" inspections to ensure all orders are dispatched on time and in full to the highest quality standard. Ensure all Orders are booked onto the relevant Carrier Portal in order of shipment date. Conduct Return to work interviews Train staff to required standard and monitor performance

Skills for Success

Joining us as Warehouse Supervisor "Nightshift", the minimum criteria you'll need is:

You must be aged 25 years or over (for insurance purposes on driving company vehicles) , have at minimum of 2 years supervision experience working in a fast-paced Pick, Pack and Dispatch function. A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members Target driven to help the warehouse to achieve their business plans/priorities and be focused on continuous improvement. Be able to inspire everyone to do their best for each other and the customer.

Hold a current counterbalance forklift truck licence.

Be flexible to stay over and above normal working shift pattern to accommodate late collections.

Have excellent PC and excel skills.

Working Hours

Full time permanent position at 39 hours per week, with a degree of flexibility to ensure business needs are achieved.

Monday - Thursday 6pm - 4:15am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 16.00-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 - 45 per week
