Calling All Knife Hands or Meat Cutters - Immediate starts available!
We are currently recruiting full-time temporary to permanent staff to work in a butchery and well-established food production company near Fair Oak, Southampton.
Own transport essential due to the rural location and shift times.
Working as part of a team, the role will involve de-boning, carcass work (breaking down to primary and secondary cuts), cutting, trimming, removing excess fat and weighing cuts whilst working in a busy manufacturing environment.
Keeping the work areas clean and following food hygiene standards.
Successful candidates will need to have a knowledge of meat cutting techniques and experience. Efficiency, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are all essential for this role as well as working to tight deadlines.
Shift Pattern Monday to Friday:
Night Shift - 6pm till 3am lunchtime (41.7-Hours per Week Minimum).
Hourly Pay Rate:
Basic Rate 13.02ph.
Pay rate Including Attendance Bonus Uplift 13.61ph.
Overtime available after 41.7-Hours worked in a 5-day week.
