We are looking for a Night Supervisor to assist the opening and ongoing success of the dual-branded Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott in Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter, opening in Q1 2025.

This is a unique opportunity to assist in the launch of two of Marriott's most dynamic brands--Aloft, known for its bold design and social energy, and Residence Inn, crafted for longer stays and residential comfort--in one vibrant destination.

Position Summary

We're seeking a Night Supervisor who brings leadership, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service during the quiet hours. You'll ensure the property operates seamlessly overnight, providing peace of mind for guests and preparing the hotel for a brilliant morning.

What You'll Do

Oversee night operations ensuring safety, security, and smooth guest experiences. Lead, support, and motivate the night team to maintain high service standards. Resolve guest queries or issues promptly and professionally. Manage administrative and operational duties for the night shift. Act as the on-site point of contact for emergencies and operational needs.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

Experienced in hotel night operations or as a night shift supervisor/leader. A proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills. Comfortable managing teams and guest issues overnight. Calm under pressure and adaptable to dynamic situations. Committed to creating a seamless guest experience at all hours.
