We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Supervisor to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpool's famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool centre.

As Night Supervisor, you will be required to;

Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols. Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks. Provide excellent customer service to our guests. Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, particularly in a supervisory role within hotels. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that standards are upheld. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
