As our Nights Supervisor, you'll captain the ship and steer operations through the evening hours. From handling the night audit to safeguarding security, you'll be the keeper of the keys to five-star service.


Your Night Watch Duties:

Oversee all front desk operations and be the friendly face of service Ensure rooms, rates, and reporting are shipshape through the night audit Protect guest privacy and safety like a seasoned sentinel Respond swiftly and graciously to any requests or situations Maintain spotless public areas fit for a dreaming spire Provide a flawless handover to the day team each morning

To Pull an A+ Nightshift, You'll Need:

Prior hotel front desk or night auditor experience (preferred) Acute attention to detail and skilled multi-tasker Problem-solving prowess and cool under pressure Shining communication and customer service abilities Flexibility to work various overnight shifts Comprehensive training in hotel operations/systems
