We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Supervisor to join our team at The Britannia Newcastle Airport Hotel. Our 105-room hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Newcastle International Airport as well as offering easy access to the city centre by public transport or car.

Your duties will include:

Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols. Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks. Provide excellent customer service to our guests. Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, particularly in a supervisory role within hotels. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that standards are upheld. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
