We require multiple night support worker vacancies available to be employed on a permanent basis. Average hours to work a week for these roles will be a maximum of
35
hours, these are worked over a 4-week period working night shift, which includes working every second weekend.
What you need:
SVQ Level 2 in Care or working towards is desirable though not essential. Consideration will be given to anyone who can demonstrate:
Eligibility to work in the UK
A warm and caring approach with good verbal and written communication skills together with an ability to work on your own initiative.
Genuine interest in, and experience of working with older persons
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

If you do not already hold an SVQ Level 2 it is essential that you are committed to work towards attaining your SVQ Level 2 within the first eighteen months of employment.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to residents during the night shift, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behaviour, reporting any concerns to the shift leader.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
You should be SSSC registered or able to commit to registering before completion of three months of employment.
Our Home is staffed 24/7 and we have a variety of shifts in operation.
Rate of pay is:
12.85 per hour
