About the Role

As a

Waking Night Support Worker

, you will provide overnight support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Your role is to ensure the people we support feel safe, comfortable, and secure throughout the night.

You will also assist with night-time routines, respond to any needs that arise, and complete important housekeeping and administrative tasks to maintain a high-quality living environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing overnight support and reassurance to individuals with learning disabilities. Assisting with personal care where required. Monitoring and responding to any specific night-time needs, including epilepsy support (training provided). Accurately logging observations and incidents to inform care planning. Working collaboratively with other night time staff members who are available for guidance and assistance if needed. Having access to 24/7 on-call management support for additional help or advice.

What We're Looking For

A compassionate and reliable individual who enjoys working nights. Experience in care is desirable but not essential - full training provided. A proactive and responsible attitude. Ability to work independently but also as part of a team. Good communication and record-keeping skills.
