Our Night Support Workers are an integral part of the team and work to keep our hostels and Service Users safe and secure during the night. Hours vary but will include weekends and bank holidays depending on where your shifts fall. You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. No experience is necessary, but you must have an understanding of the issues faced by vulnerable adults.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To ensure that clients and the building are safe and secure. To be responsible for recording relevant information and sharing information with their co-workers and managers. To work with support planners to build the skills and confidence of service users, to empower them in maximising their independence. To deliver a service which maintains a safe environment. To contribute to the achievement of contractual service obligations. To work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery. Build effective relationships with service users referred into and living at the service, whilst maintaining boundaries with calm and consistent professional practice. Complete Welfare checks and resident at risk checks. Ad-hoc tasks such as paperwork, filing, printing and keeping areas tidy.
