Key Responsibilities
Supporting residents with night-time care needs, including personal care, repositioning, and mobility
Carrying out regular welfare checks to ensure residents' comfort and safety
Assisting residents with drinks and comfort needs overnight
Supporting the nursing staff with basic care tasks as required
Helping maintain a peaceful, reassuring environment during night hours
Accurately completing care documentation and reporting any concerns or changes in residents' condition
Providing companionship and emotional reassurance to residents when needed
About You
Previous experience in a nursing or care home is an advantage but not essential
Pay rate dependent on experience and qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is a bonus
If no qualifications are held in Care, then training will be provided
Kind, patient, friendly and dependable
Able to work well as part of a team with good communication skills
