9 Month Full-time fixed term contract Mon to Fri 22:00 - 07:00 (including occasional weekends dependant on volumes )

As a

Transport Supervisor

, you'll be a key player in our international operations team. You'll lead and support a dedicated team, working closely with ground handlers, hauliers, gateways, and internal teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Your mission? Deliver a seamless, efficient, and customer-focused transport operation.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning rotas, running workshops, and driving continuous improvement initiatives Monitoring KPIs and identifying ways to boost performance and reduce costs Managing inbound and outbound transport operations Supporting import/export transport strategies and compliance Playing a key role during peak periods and special projects Promoting a safe, secure, and compliant working environment

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and make quick decisions Experience in transport or logistics (air import/export knowledge is a bonus!) Great attention to detail and a proactive mindset Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
