| ROTA DETAILS |

3 week rolling pattern: 3-on, 7-off, 4-on, 7-off 13 hour shifts with time built in for structured handovers Semi-annualised rota with part of holiday allowance built in (7 bookable shifts per year) Support from experienced ECC nurses (night nurse, twilight nurse, ACA during the week)
