Night Worker
Location- South Manchester -
Part time 20 Hours Per Week - Permanent
Shift work -8pm-12am, sleep on project, 7am-8am on a rolling rota
Salary: 25,397 per annum ( pro rata this is a part time role )

Your Role:
First Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for people at night, offering support and guidance within their home environment.
Safety Plans: Implement and adhere to safety plans tailored to each person.
Activity Recording: Maintain robust records of activities and behaviours within the property.
SMART Action Plans: Contribute to achieving the people's goals with effective and targeted action plans.
Professional Response: Address and de-escalate behavioural issues calmly and professionally, always ensuring your personal safety.
Complaint Handling: Respond to property-related complaints professionally, reporting to your line manager as needed, addressing any noise, visitor, or anti-social behaviour issues.
Ensure that routine property maintenance and damage is reported promptly to maintenance staff.
Emergency Support: Assist people in accessing emergency health care overnight.
Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the accommodation is safe and clean, adhering to all safety procedures.
Visitor Policy Enforcement: Ensure all people understand and follow the visitor policy, taking action when breached.
Incident Reporting: Report serious incidents promptly, including missing persons, to the police.
Personal Safety: Always be aware of and apply personal safety procedures.

Experience in Housing Support, youth support, social work, or a related field is a plus.
