The Role:

As our Night Club Manager, you'll be the creative genius and operational backbone, ensuring that every event is not only a success but a memorable experience. You'll be at the heart of the action, curating experiences that keep our guests coming back for more.

Key Duties:

Event Excellence

: Introduce Concepts, plan, and execute a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to blockbuster nights, ensuring each one solidifies our reputation as a nightlife leader.

Operational Oversight

: Manage the nuts and bolts of the nightclub operation, ensuring everything runs seamlessly-from staffing to compliance, and everything in between.

Team Leadership

: Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and performance, even in the wee hours of the night.

Brand Ambassadorship

: Embody and promote The Embankment's brand, building relationships within the community to ensure our bar is the go-to destination in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Financial Finesse

: Keep a tight ship by managing budgets, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the financial health of our events and nightclub operations.

You Are:

An experienced night club or events manager with a proven track record of success in the nightlife or hospitality industry.

A creative visionary who can spot trends and opportunities to keep our offerings fresh and exciting and also work within the club strategy

A nocturnal creature who thrives in the late-night scene, with the stamina to work late hours and most weekends.

A people person with exceptional communication skills, capable of working with teams, patrons, and performers alike.

A problem-solver with the ability to think quickly on your feet and handle the unexpected with grace and efficiency.
