Nights Receptionist

As part of our Nights Reception Team, you will play a critical role in creating the best first and last impression, from booking reservations, to welcoming on arrival through to waving our guests off at the end of the day delivering an experience that brings them back again and again.

Your skills and expertise

Answering all phone calls professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner Being polite and thorough ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests. Have the ability to follow procedure and have a good understanding of the hotel and spa facilities, policies and procedures. Have the ability to sell packages and additional treatments. Taking on general administrative tasks, assisting in the efficient running of the hotel and spa.

Additional Information

Part-time - working 3 days out of 7 27 hours per week
