We're looking for a caring, reliable, and motivated Night Support Worker to join the dedicated team at Harewood Park, part of the Moorlands Rehabilitation Service. About Harewood Park
Harewood Park is a specialist service supporting adults with enduring mental health conditions, mild learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Located in the peaceful village of Cheadle, our 36-bed home focuses on rehabilitation, independence, and person-centred recovery. Every member of our team plays a key role in helping residents live with dignity, confidence, and purpose.
Your Role
As a Night Support Worker, you'll ensure residents feel supported, safe, and respected throughout the night while contributing to their ongoing development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with personal care, bedtime routines, and overnight needs
Encourage independence through daily living and rehabilitation activities
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes promptly
Provide emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
Assist with preparing the home for the next day (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
Complete accurate records and follow individual care and risk plans
Work collaboratively with the wider care and clinical teams
What We're Looking For
? Experience working in a care or supported living environment (essential)
? Knowledge of mental health, learning disabilities, or rehabilitation support (preferred)
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable, not essential)
? Calm, patient, and professional approach
? Reliable, organised, and confident working nights
? Team player committed to high-quality, person-centred care
