We are on the lookout for a Claims Handler to join our established First Response Team to work on a night shift basis working 44 hours per week on a rota of 4 days on 4 days off.

Responsibilities



As a

Nightshift Claims Handler

, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.

Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.

Being articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.

Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential.

Essential Skills and Experience



Contact Centre Experience

Target driven/Experience working to KPI's

Insurance Sector experience

Case Management experience

Prior knowledge of motor claims, liability, and litigation

: : 28,000 to 32,000, plus a bonus structure and overtime!
