Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Johnnie Walker, 145 Princes Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4BL

Working hours: 24.5 hours per week | 4 on 4 off shift pattern | 21:30 - 05:00

Hourly rate: 15.87 | Permanent | Part-time

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the iconic Johnnie Walker site in Edinburgh.

In this hands-on role, you'll supervise a small cleaning team during night shifts, ensuring high standards are consistently met across all areas of the building.

What you'll do:

Supervise a team of cleaners, supporting daily tasks and maintaining motivation Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and standards are met across the site Carry out cleaning duties as needed, including specialist tasks Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and order supplies when necessary Complete daily checks and escalate issues or maintenance needs Support team training and uphold health and safety procedures

What you bring:

Proven experience in commercial cleaning (essential) Previous supervisory experience (desirable) Strong organisational skills and ability to lead a small team Confidence working night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern Eye for detail and commitment to delivering a clean, safe environment

Due to the central city location, this role is easily accessible by public transport, though a driving licence is preferable.
