Join our dynamic team in the food industry, where you'll play a crucial role in the efficient handling and packaging of high-quality products. As a Packer, your expertise in warehouse operations, picking, and packing will directly contribute to maintaining smooth and effective workflows. You'll use your skills in materials handling and warehouse management systems to help streamline processes, ensuring products are handled with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify product identification labels according to company procedures, customer specifications, and food safety standards. Ensure finished products undergo metal detection checks in compliance with company policies and food safety regulations. Assist with the loading of finished goods onto vehicles, including completing chilled product dispatch records. Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with flow wrapping machinery is advantageous, though full training will be provided. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and product safety. Ability to lift heavy items safely and effectively. A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

12.31 plus additional 50 for completion of 5 day shift
