Responsibilities for the Junior Network Engineer:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients via verbal and written communication
- Be the first point of contact for client calls and escalate to engineers
- Logging all details of faults into the ticketing systems
- Coordinate tests and troubleshooting for clients to resolve faults
- Strong background in customer service including Retail or Hospitality
- Enthusiastic about Technology or Networking
- Willing to learn and develop as part of a customer-focused team
