Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company policies. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and productivity. Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. Facilitate communication between management and staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Prepare reports on site activities, including progress updates and any incidents that occur. Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any maintenance needs promptly. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Skills

Must have SMSTS SEATS Asbestos Awareness Certificate Manual Handling Certificate Proven experience in supervising teams within a construction or industrial environment. Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and team interaction. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise on-site. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is highly desirable. Must have knowledge of Fire Door installation/Fire Stopping
