Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced working Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team to achieve project goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and the site management team.

Duties

Supervise daily site operations, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely. Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, incidents, and project milestones. Implement best practices for site management and promote a culture of safety among team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is essential. Proficiency in using relevant software tools for reporting and documentation is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18.00-25.00 per hour
