About The Role
Join a production team where precision meets purpose. We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Non-Aseptic Manufacturing Operator on Night Shifts to support the safe and efficient preparation of equipment and materials used in our manufacturing process.
You'll be part of a team that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. We provide thorough training, stable shifts, and opportunities to grow your skillset in a supportive and quality-driven environment. Working Nights will also have a 15% night shift allowance on top of your salary.

Prepare and maintain manufacturing equipment and working areas for optimal non-aseptic operations
Conduct document verification, batch inspections, and accurate labelling
Clean surfaces and work zones in line with agreed cleanliness standards
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
Work collaboratively with quality and production teams to maintain process integrity

About You

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to follow procedures precisely and consistently
Willingness to work in a regulated production environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in manufacturing or production settings is beneficial -- full training provided
