A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented construction lawyer to join its highly regarded team, working on a broad range of non-contentious matters for an impressive client base, including household names.
Your new role

  • Acting primarily for employer/developer clients, but experience on the contractor/supply side is also valued.
  • Supporting clients on major projects from inception to completion, including de-risking strategies and procurement advice.
  • Opportunity to mentor and support junior team members.
  • While the focus is on non-contentious work, candidates interested in a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters are encouraged to apply.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with significant experience in non-contentious construction law.
  • Demonstrable expertise in standard forms of construction contracts and associated project documentation.
  • Background in either private practice or industry (in-house experience with major industry players is welcomed).
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent client relationship skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a high-performing national team.
What you'll get in return
  • Competitive remuneration
  • Comprehensive and flexible benefits package
  • Supportive and inclusive culture
  • Opportunities for career progression and professional development
