Note Takers (Casual)

We are working with a leading employer who is seeking to recruit, experienced Note Takers to work on an ad hoc/casual basis.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to work flexible hours and support a team of highly professional staff.

The Note Takers will provide support to staff members and carry out impartial and confidential note taking/HR notetaking.

There will an element of travel to different sites throughout N Ireland.

The Note Takers will be responsible for:

Attending client meetings and taking notes in various locations across Northern Ireland.

Taking clear, accurate and objective notes during sessions, ensuring key points and actions are fully captured.

Producing typed notes in a professional format within agreed timescales.

Maintaining confidentiality and always complying with data protection regulations.

Liaising with clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Ensuring notes are securely stored and transmitted according to company policy.

What you will need to have for the Note Taker roles:

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Experience of note taking

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and email communication.

Accurate spelling and grammar skills

Punctuality and reliability

Willingness and ability to travel to various client sites across Northern Ireland

Driving Licence and access to transport will be essential.
