Novus, part of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT (UK)), works with 18 leading universities to provide students studying undergraduate degrees with events, guest lectures, site tours, peer and professional mentoring, summer placements, yearlong placement and graduate roles. We do this through our 12 sponsors who, in return, get the cream of the graduate crop, guaranteed "work ready".
