About the Role




This is a fantastic opportunity to step into one of the most dynamic areas of family law and make a real difference. In this role, you will be:

Advising on property disputes between unmarried couples Advising on and settling cohabitation agreements

We're looking for someone who brings:

Solid experience in TOLATA, and a keen interest in family law A meticulous, detail-driven approach with an appreciation for the intricacies of complex ownership disputes Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a knack for staying on top of deadlines and case progression Resilience, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive mindset Empathy and patience, especially when managing time-sensitive or emotionally charged situations
