Job Description

Role Overview: The Process Technologist will manage factory trials, covering all stages from cooking, chilling, to packing. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee factory trials to ensure smooth production.

- Monitor cooking, chilling, and packing processes to maintain quality and safety standards.

- Analyze trial results and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Collaborate with production, quality, and NPD teams to troubleshoot issues.

- Document trial outcomes and maintain accurate process records.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

- Communicate effectively across teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Full-time position.

- Standard hours 8 hours/day. Monday to Friday on 8am-4.30pm shift. Shifts may vary between 6am and 6pm depending on production schedules.

- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts for trial schedules.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related role/field.

- Experience with HACCP, GMP, or other food safety systems.

- Strong technical understanding of cooking, chilling, and packing processes.

- Computer literacy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Factory-based role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
