Job Description

Leading Scottish law firm are looking to hire at additional Newly Qualified (2025 NQ) Lawyer to join their high ranking Construction team- this role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow (with hybrid-working on offer). This role is available for an immediate start.
Role Profile:

Dealing with the construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects (e.g. dealing with development agreements, building contracts, bonds and guarantees and professional appointments);
Significant engineering projects, particularly in the energy sector (e.g. on shore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar tidal/wave etc).
Whilst the position is based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, the projects are throughout the UK.
Clients include developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants.

Candidate Requirements:

You will have completed at six month seat in construction, energy or projects during your traineeship.
Exceptional time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
