NQ+ Solicitor - Corporate (Healthcare) - East of England/Essex with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful specialist Healthcare team within a forward-thinking full service, leading UK law firm
Role
Drafting and negotiating documents for acquisitions, reorganisation and restructuring agreements and other corporate transactions
Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, disposals, regulatory compliance, governance and risk management
Supporting clients with regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management
Actively participating in business development
You
NQ-4 years PQE within corporate law
Experience in the healthcare sector an advantage
Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
