Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

Salary:

40,000+

Location:

Nuneaton, Distribution Centre.

Essential skills required:

Proven experience in a logistics operations role, Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong IT and data analysis skills (e.g., ERP systems, Excel). Degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (preferred).

Experience & Key Skills

Operational Leadership:

Oversee manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.

Team Management:

Lead, coach, and develop operational teams including supervisors and floor staff. Manage workforce planning, training, and performance reviews.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies and implement lean manufacturing principles. Drive continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.

Health & Safety:

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Budget & Cost Control:

Manage operational budgets and control costs without compromising quality. Analyse variances and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales, Planning, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance teams. Support new product introductions and process changes.
