Overview


We are looking for senior care assistants with at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care to join our In-House Accredited Nurse Assistant training course. On completion of the course, successful candidates will then be offered a permanent position as an Accredited Nurse Assistant at Court House Care Home, in Malvern.

Starts: 6th April 2026.

Responsibilities



Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility Support the nursing team in implementing care plans tailored to individual needs Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of patient areas in accordance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates and address concerns Assist with administrative tasks using IT systems, including updating patient records and documentation Respond promptly to patient requests and provide emotional support as needed

Skills



Basic knowledge of nursing practices and patient care procedures Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from registered nurses or healthcare professionals Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and record-keeping purposes Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support patient well-being Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 35 per week
