Job Description

Provide high-quality, person-centred care within General Practice under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or GP. Undertake routine clinical tasks in line with training and competency, including observations, wound care, ECGs, phlebotomy, and health checks. Support long-term condition management, health promotion, and infection prevention and control. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and communicate effectively with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
