Suterton Surgery are looking for a nurse associate to join our friendly practice



About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Nursing Associate, registered with the NMC, to join our dedicated team. You'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of nursing care at our surgery, working closely with multi-disciplinary colleagues to support patients with a wide range of health needs.

Key Responsibilities


You will:

Provide hands-on nursing care including wound care, immunisations, ECGs, and phlebotomy Support long-term condition reviews and patient health monitoring Work collaboratively with GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants and other professionals Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, audits and MDT discussions Deliver holistic, patient-centred care and act as an advocate for patients and their families Ensure safe and effective practice, maintaining accurate records in line with NMC standards

What Were Looking For


To thrive in this role, you should be:

A qualified and NMC-registered Nursing Associate Passionate about providing excellent patient care in a primary care setting A great communicator and team player Willing to work flexibly to ensure timely patient care is maintained Committed to continuous learning and professional development
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.50-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
