Job Description
We are looking for a Nurse to work at our Nursing home situated in 2 Glamorgan Street, Brecon LD3 7DW. The home has friendly team which provides premium nursing care for the residents.

As the Nurse in charge, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Home Manager with leading, motivating and developing the staff team.
Supporting the Manager in ensuring that the home is fully compliant with CQC and Local authority regulations.
Updating and assessing care plans
Stepping up in the absence of another Nurse.
Providing outstanding clinical care to the residents and setting the benchmark standard for excellence for the other nurses within the home.
Supporting the Nursing Staff and Care Staff within the home on the floor.
Take responsibility of the medication and ensure all related information is properly recorded and maintained.
Applicant shall:
Have at least 1 years of experience in nursing.
Be a NMC qualified RGN or RMN with valid PIN
Be friendly and Patient Orientated.
. Have a good computer literacy
.Have good leadership skills
Have a high level of clinical skills and a high attention to detail- Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is advantageous.
Successful candidate will be required to provide with a valid, enhanced Disclosure certificate. Please note that we will acknowledge a transferable DBS certificate (Enhanced) and may allow for an immediate start.
