Nurse Deputy Manager
Location: NR31 6LJ
Job Type: Full Time - 40 Hours per Week (Including Weekend On-Call)
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum

About the Role:


We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated

Nurse Deputy Manager

to join our dedicated care team. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in the overall management and delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring that clinical standards are maintained and that the home operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Support staff development through supervision, mentoring, and training. Participate in on-call duties, including weekend cover as required. Maintain high standards of care and ensure resident well-being at all times.

Requirements:



Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration. Previous experience in a leadership or deputy management role within a care home. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current care standards and legislation. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities. Commitment to providing person-centred, high-quality care.

Salary:

40,000 - 45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours:

40 hours per week, including weekend on-call responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
