We are looking for an experienced and dedicated
Nurse Deputy Manager
to support the Home Manager in leading our nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact on the quality of care provided to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in the daily clinical and operational management of the home.
Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to nursing and care staff.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and all governance requirements.
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, audits, and medication management.
Engage with residents and families to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
Act as a role model, promoting a positive culture and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse
(Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities) - essential.
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
in a nursing home.
Strong clinical leadership skills.
Ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
